We need volunteer field marshalls for the State Cup Tournament. Each team needs to provide three marshalls. There will be a meeting after the opening ceremonies for instructions.

At the next meeting we will set a date for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) It will be scheduled in October.

Try Outs for the summer 2003 season will be held on the 23, and 24 of August. The motion was made by Bruce Gard and seconded by Danny Gibson. Passed. Patrice will get the announcements ready for mailing and they will be mailed by the 7th of August.

Pull tabs. We need to add pull tabs to our raffle permit. Liz Styers gave a report on the benefits of having pull tab money to support the club. She explained how we could start this process and volunteered to do this, as long as she has two other qualified persons to help.
A motion was made to make sure our raffle permit includes pull tabs and to set Eclipse Soccer Club up to receive pull tab money. It was made by Bruce Gard and seconded by Dan Gibson.

Coach Evaluations are due by parents by the end of State Cup.
2nd Player evaluations are due by the end of State Cup.

A motion was made by Danny and seconded by Carla to take a club photo at the opening ceremonies of the State Cup Tournament. Everyone should show up in their purple jerseys. Passed.

A question was raised about whether or not we needed to raise club dues. After examining the club financial situation, it was determined that there is no reason to raise dues at this time.

Carla reported that we need to have the evaluations for the Georgia Clinic.
Brief discussion about the need to scedule this clinic again for next year. We will coordinate with Chugiak after Christmas. Due to the shortened clinic (rain) $23.32 was refunded to each girl who attended.

The executive board met in July . Two players were caught shoplifting and one stole a ball during a club sponsored trip. Each player was suspended from two league games and was not allowed to travel to the Far North Tournament in Anchorage.
