Ladies, just a reminder that each of you is responsible for continuing to improve your fitness, speed, agility, and soccer foot skills.

The following link to JA King's Strong Soccer web page has a series of drills that take less than 30 minutes of your time each day, and will have great benefits for you when you play. If you are pressed for time and/or space, at least work on the 7 minute drill portion. You can also download the 1000 touches (a PDF file) which will provide similar benefits.
